Blessings from the Lord

Hello everyone! We are terribly sorry for the long delay in posting. But better late than never, right? :) I know you are all waiting very patiently to hear the total we raised, so without further delay...
Our total is $273.35!! We nearly tripled our goal of $100!

First of all, let us say that this is ALL the Lord's doing, and we could not have done this without His help. Most of this was donated, so I'm not sure how many bracelets we actually sold. :)
Secondly, this will buy 90 New Testaments or 54 Bibles for people in oppressed countries. It is such a blessing to be able to contribute to the spreading of the gospel!
Third, we would like to say a heartfelt "thank you" for your support in prayers and donations. We can still be praying for the ones who will receive the copies of God's Word, that they will believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved (Acts 16:31). May God bless you abundantly!

Close to Our Goal!!

The title says it all...yes, we are close to our $100 goal! At our last Bright Lights meeting, the young ladies brought their profits from the bracelets to add up. And believe it or not, we have $94 so far! Wow! Isn't the Lord good? It is so neat to see Him working!

Hello and welcome to Bracelets 4 Bibles Boutique!

We are a Bright Lights group consisting of nineteen young ladies making friendship bracelets to raise money for Bibles through Samaritan's Purse. Our purpose for this blog is...
-to post updates on our progress,
-to share about some of the bracelets we've made,
-and to encourage others to start a ministry as well.

We are making friendship bracelets in different colors/designs and selling each bracelet for $1. $15 will buy five New Testiments and three Bibles. Our goal is to raise $100 to give to the Lord's work in poor countries.
